Fandom Fest 2024 Cosplay Guest Judge
Are you interested in being a Cosplay Contest Judge at Fandom Fest 2024?
Thank you for your interest in judging Fandom Fest’s 2024 Cosplay Contest. We’re excited to get to know you. Before filling out this form, here’s a little bit about what it’s like to be a competition judge at Fandom Fest.
All of our judges will receive two complimentary weekend passes and one vendor table (6ft) to sell photos and related merchandise, if desired. Please note, someone must be at your table while you are away participating in Cosplay activities, all weekend long.
We ask three things for our judges to participate in:
- Pre-judging
- Judging the Cosplay Contest
- Hosting a Cosplay-related panel
Pre-judging takes place from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. and the Cosplay Contest is from 2-4 p.m. in the MainStage at Proctors, both on Saturday. Your panel day/ time will be decided late July/ early August.
Applications are being accepted now through May 31. You may not receive any response from us if you fill out this form. We will only reach out to you if we are interested in having you as a judge. We appreciate your understanding.
Must be at least 18 years or older to participate as a judge.
