Become a Vendor

Vendor registration for Fandom Fest 2023 is now closed – we have reached capacity!

Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration received before May 1 is eligible for our Early Bird rate of $150 per table. Registrations received after that are $200 per 6’x2’ table for the entire weekend and includes two vendor passes. Additional passes are available for $35 each; limit two.

Limited electricity is available; requests must be made prior to the show. Electricity cost is $25 per vendor – regardless of the number of tables purchased – payable at the time of registration.
