Become a Vendor


Space is available on a first come, first serve basis. No exceptions. Early bird registration is $150 through May 15, 2022. Regular registration, starting May 16, is $200 per 6’x2′ table for the entire weekend and includes two vendor passes. Additional passes are available for $35 each; limit two.

Electricity is available; requests must be made prior to the show. Electricity cost is $25 per vendor – regardless of the number of tables purchased – payable at the time of registration.

Only in the event of a natural disaster or cancellation of the event by the event coordinators will refunds be given. Once payment has been received, there will be NO REFUNDS on the agreed space.

Load in

Set up is no earlier than 10 a.m. opening day (Friday, Aug. 12); no exceptions. Vendors are required to check in with the vendor room manager upon arrival and prior to set up.

Identification and sales tax

Vendors are required to have a New York State Department of Taxation ID. NYS law requires sales tax on all applicable items sold.
