Cosplay Contest Entry Form

Fandom Fest’s Cosplay Contest is where cosplayers can show off their performance and craftsmanship skills in one exciting show! Happening 2 p.m. Saturday, August 10 on the Proctors MainStage.

Craftsmanship and Performance entrants MUST complete this form by 11:59 p.m. Monday, August 5. Any entries submitted after August 5 will be entered as a non-competitive walk on entrant.

Craftsmanship Entrants will receive an email detailing instructions including pre-judging time and location. Pre-judging takes place between 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, August 10.
